so my grandparents got new carpet a while ago and their vacuum wasn’t strong enough for the thicker carpet but it still has 2 years left on the warranty so they gave it to us

so my grandpa was showing us how to use it and it has a self-propelling motion

and i originally thought that that meant if you moved it, it would just turn on and work, but that is NOT the case… you turn it on and it like moves forward automatically

so i tried it and oh god i felt like i was being dragged to hell or something 

just another reason to hate vacuums
