So when I went to the gym today I put a towel over the screen on the workout machine after I set it because I didn’t want to get all psyched out by the time, calories, or speed. I just lowered the speed when I needed to walk and raised it when I was ready to run again.
Granted, I could kind of determine the time based on the song length, but overall I found it easier to run for longer periods. I ended up burning more calories than usual and I didn’t even spend the whole time just waiting for it to be over. Then I lifted a little but this douche on the elliptical was on the phone and that was a sign to leave.

Ellen Degeneres
It is the vessel that carries you around. It forgives
you when you fail, it lifts you up when you fall.
No matter what you do to it, it is always there.
How dare you rip and tear at it? How dare you
pretend that your body is not the reason you are still alive?
It was your only friend when you were stuck in the
dark. It refused to die when you wanted to.
Apologize. Make nice. Show it off. Live.
